As long summer days soften into the rich, amber hues of fall, this is our liquid tribute to that golden autumn twilight.  Sustainable grown by smallholder farmers in the misty, high-altitude hills of Molino Norte within the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, each bean is meticulously hand-picked each bean with pride.  Nourished by nutrient-dense clay mineral soils, this beautifully balanced medium roast delivers a smooth, velvety taste that perfectly complements a crisp fall morning.
