Inspired by the gentle power of the sun thawing the earth this is a masterfully crafted medium roast designed to honor the arrival of the spring season.  This exceptional single-origin coffee is meticulously cultivated by dedicated farmers in the high-elevation foothills of the Cordillera Central in Tolima.  This harvest grows in a dramatic, lush landscape where mountain air fosters exceptional development.  Nourished by deeply fertile volcanic loam soils, these beans develop to an incredibly clean and vibrant profile that bursts with the fresh energy of a new season.
