Nourished by deeply fertile volcanic loam soils, these Santos beans undergo a traditional "pulped natural" process and are laid out to dry slowly under the intense, open Brazilian sun.  This allows the coffee to absorb the natural sweetness of the fruit, resulting in an incredibly elegant, naturally sweet, and velvety-smooth cup.  Every sip delivers a rich, comforting wave of smooth cocoa notes, balanced with a subtle, sun-kissed sweetness that dances across your palate. Inspired by the gentle power of the sun thawing the earth this is a masterfully crafted medium roast designed to honor the arrival of the spring season.  This exceptional single-origin coffee is meticulously cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers in the steep, lush mountains surround Medellin, Colombia. Nourished by deeply fertile volcanic loam soils, these beans develop to an incredibly clean and vibrant profile that bursts with the fresh energy of a new season.  To protect the harvest from sudden mountain showers, the farmers fully wash the coffee and dry it using specialized solar dryers, harnessing the pure power of the sun to lock in peak flavor.
