Inspired by the deep quiet mystery of the midnight sky during the winter solstice, this exceptional single-origin Sumatra is our most grounding and opulent coffee yet.  It is a brew crafted to bring ultimate warmth and comfort to the coldest seasons, offering a cup with immense depth, substance, and soul. Sourced from the lush, volcanic slopes of Sumatra's unique micro-climates, the island's humid climate encourages cherry development, producing coffees with remarkable depth, a syrupy body and layered complexity.  Process via traditional Indonesian wet-hulling, where the parchment is removed at a higher moisture content, the brewed cup opens with complex black tea characteristics, warm brown spice, and a subtle touch of citrus, bringing an intensely rich, grounded brew crafted to anchor the deepest chill.
